Drude weight in non solvable quantum spin chains
For a quantum spin chain or 1D fermionic system, we prove that the Drude weight D verifies the universal Luttinger liquid relation v s = D/κ, where κ is the susceptibility and vs is the Fermi velocity. This result is proved by rigorous Renormalization Group methods and is true for any weakly interacting system, regardless its integrablity. This paper, combined with [1], completes the proof of t...
متن کاملUniversality relations in non-solvable quantum spin chains
We prove the exact relations between the critical exponents and the susceptibility, implied by the Haldane Luttinger liquid conjecture, for a generic lattice fermionic model or a quantum spin chain with short range weak interaction. The validity of such relations was only checked in some special solvable models, but there was up to now no proof of their validity in non-solvable models.
متن کاملAll Exactly Solvable Quantum Spin 1 Chains from Hecke Algebra
We obtain all exactly integrable spin 1 quantum chains, which satisfy the Hecke algebra and discuss their solution via Bethe Ansatz methods. We also present various generalizations for arbitrary spin S.
متن کاملFinite-temperature dynamical density matrix renormalization group and the Drude weight of spin-1/2 chains.
We propose an easily implemented approach to study time-dependent correlation functions of one-dimensional systems at finite-temperature T using the density matrix renormalization group. The entanglement growth inherent to any time-dependent calculation is significantly reduced if the auxiliary degrees of freedom which purify the statistical operator are time evolved with the physical Hamiltoni...
متن کاملIntegrable multiparametric quantum spin chains
Using Reshetikhin’s construction for multiparametric quantum algebras we obtain the associated multiparametric quantum spin chains. We show that under certain restrictions these models can be mapped to quantum spin chains with twisted boundary conditions. We illustrate how this general formalism applies to construct multiparametric versions of the supersymmetric t-J and U models. PACS: 71.20.Ad...
